PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform waterproofing work just after placing concrete by providing a work device for press-fitting the waterproof sheet to a concrete surface while applying proper tensile force to the waterproof sheet, a sheet carriage for loading the waterproof sheet to be supplied to the work device, and a work carriage for loading the work device so as to be liftable and capable of moving the sheet carriage. SOLUTION: At execution work time, first of all, while moving a work carriage 1 until a work device 3 comes up to the just above side of an execution work position, a sheet carriage 2 is moved and stopped so that a waterproof sheet 11 loaded on the sheet carriage 2 together with an exclusive pallet comes just under the work device 3. Next, while gripping both end parts of the waterproof sheet 11 by clamps 5, 6, proper tensile force is applied to the waterproof sheet 11, and mold releasing paper sticking to an under surface of the waterproof sheet is wound by a mold releasing paper winder 7 so that the waterproof sheet 11 is press-fitted to a concrete surface by a roller 8. Afterwards, the work device 3 is moved upward, and a procedure hitherto is repeated. Thus, waterproof execution work can be performed in an unhardened situation just after placing concrete, and can be particularly effectively applied to a floorboard upper surface thickness increasing construction method.
