PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and certainly detect sitting on a seat. SOLUTION: A disc spring 13 receiving a load applied from a seat and elastically deforming to absorb the load is provided between a bracket 4 which fixes a seat rail 3 attached to a lower part of the seat on a vehicular floor surface 2 and the vehicular floor surface 2. A load sensor 15 measuring the displacement of the bracket 4 owing to elastically deforming of the disc spring 13 is provided between a cover element 16 integrally covering the disc spring 13 and the like and the bracket 4.
