PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold a molded article with a large flow ratio in the mold opening direction. SOLUTION: In a mold for injection compression molding, an elastic inside cavity 2 with low rigidity and being stretchable/contractable in the direction intersecting at right angles to the mold opening direction is internally provided in a rigid outside cavity 1 and when a resin is filled in this inside cavity 2, the inside cavity 2 is expanded by the filling pressure of this resin and when it is dwelled and cooled, the inside cavity 2 is contracted to obtain a molded article with a specified thickness in the direction intersecting at right angles to the mold opening direction.
