PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device capable of controlling a force-feed speed at a constant by making uniform a force-feed pressure of excavated soil and sand to be transported. SOLUTION: A damper device comprises a tube body 314 used as a transport route for excavated soil and sand and having an opening part 315 for pressure adjustment around the periphery thereof and pressure uniform means installed on the outer peripheral side of the tube body 314 and absorbing to uniform the pressure of the excavated soil and sand. The pressure uniform means further comprises a soil and sand flow-in chamber 316 having the opening part 315 through which the excavated soil and sand flows thereinto, and a pressurizing chamber 318 provided apart from the soil and sand flow-in chamber 316 through a pressure regulating wall 312 and pressurizing the excavated soil and sand through the pressure regulating wall 312. The pressure regulating wall 312 is formed so as to be expanded to the pressurizing chamber 318 side when the excavated soil and sand are flown into the soil and sand flow-in chamber, pressing the pressurizing chamber 318 to expand the pressurizing chamber to the soil and sand flow-in chamber 316 side.
