PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile selling vehicle capable of having a large interior space divided by upper and lower casing, having a light weight, and safely moving up/down the upper casing, when forming a store section from the lower casing loaded on a transporting body such as a vehicle and the upper casing telescopically combined with the lower casing so as to vertically move. SOLUTION: This mobile selling vehicle is composed of an upper casing 6 which is telescopically combined with an outside of an upper opening lower casing 5 formed by at least ambient wall and fixed on a transporting body 2, and can vertically move with respect to the lower casing 5; and an elevating means moving the upper casing 6 upward and downward. The elevating means is made from at least a pair of winding devices, the winding devices being composed of one winding shaft rotatably supported by the lower casing 5 or the transporting body 2, a belt supporting portion attached to an upper part of the lower casing 5, and a belt connected to the winding shaft at one end and fixed on a lower end of the upper casing 6 arranged close thereto at the other end through the belt supporting portion.
