SOLUTION: An object 2 to be worked of metal and a relatively small size is immersed in a cooling liquid 3 having a property not ignited due to heat so that a marking part only of the object 2 to be worked is exposed from a cooling liquid 3, at this state, by irradiating the object 2 to be worked with a laser beam, the desired marking for the surface of the marking part exposed from the cooling liquid 3 of the object 2 to be worked is conducted. |
