PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the sizes of crushed products by supporting the rear of the lower part of each fixed tooth plate by a hydraulic cylinder and also connecting each hydraulic cylinder to an hydraulic unit therefor to keep the outlet clearance between a roll tire and the fixed tooth plate to be constant. SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral surface of a roll tire 8 rotatably arranged below the outlet of a guide chute 4, a lot of projections 11 are formed. On both sides of the roll tire 8, fixed tooth plates 12 are arranged by leaving prescribed outlet clearance (sets). The upper part of each fixed tooth plate 12 has an axis part 13 rotatably supported on a side frame 6, and the lower part thereof has the rear supported by a hydraulic cylinder 14 arranged passing through the side frame 6. Respective hydraulic cylinders 14 are connected to respective hydraulic cylinders. The fixed tooth plate 12 controls the outlet clearance between it and the roll tire 8 by the hydraulic cylinder 14 by taking the axis part 13 as a supporting point. In this way, the sizes of crushed products can be arbitrarily changed.
