PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural lock for a hinged door at its position independently of the opening angle of the hinged door to be open/closed, without troublesome labor in a static condition during earthquake or after earthquake. SOLUTION: An engagement mechanism 1 which has a suspension mounting hole 4, an inclined bearing hole 3 inclined and drilled and a sliding passage 2 passing therethrough incorporates a rotationally movable engagement element 5 with a protruded and recessed contact engagement face 6 formed thereon via the inclined rotating shaft 7. A continuous engagement face 9 protruded and recessed, a link band 8 having a stopper portion 10 and a flexible portion 11 and the engagement mechanism 1 are combined to which a hinged door furniture is mounted.
