PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the start of brake lamps to be checked by one person. SOLUTION: This inspection jig for automotive brake lamps has a rectangular plate-shaped main body 1 with one horizontal end 1B abutting the lower surface of an accelerator pedal A and with the other end 1C abutting the lower surface of a clutch pedal C so that the middle part 1A of the main body 1 presses the upper surface of a brake pedal B to turn on brake lamps. An operating handle 2 is placed upright at the middle portion 1A of the main body 1 and a cutout part 1D for receiving a steering wheel shaft is formed in a side edge of the middle portion 1A.
