PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly and handling, and make the insertion portion more slender by forming an air tube, a liquid tube, an injection tube and a waste liquid tube of a tube of the same material and the same size. SOLUTION: An air tube 41, a water tube 42, a water injection tube 51 and a drainage tube 52 are formed of a tube of the same thickness made of the same material, a tetrafluoroethylene resin for example. As a result, in assembling, there is no longer a need for selecting tubes every time when connecting the tubes. Only one thing that is required is to connect optionally to four connections of the first dichotomous connecting member 40 and the second dichotomous connecting member 50. The two dichotomous connecting members 40 and 50 also can be formed into the same shape and the same size. Making two units, in each of which two tubes 41 and 42 or 51 and 52 are connected to a dichotomous connection 40 or 50, suffices. Thus assembly and handling becomes easy.
