PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a special tasty food having moist slipperiness in spite of scarcely felt oiliness and distinctly different from a nonfried food. SOLUTION: This special food is obtained by spray coating a food with an oil and fat containing an aqueous alcohol added thereto or without adding the aqueous alcohol then placing the resultant coated food in a container, hermetically sealing or preferably hermetically sealing, especially vacuum hermetically sealing the coated food and subsequently heating the hermetically sealed food. |
