PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the traveling body of a top-railed sliding door, wherein wheels can be adjusted in the right and left directions (in the width directions of a rail) from the outside with ease by any one using a simple mechanism with a cam. SOLUTION: The traveling body of a top-railed sliding door comprises a block body 3 provided with a traveling wheel 1 at the upper section, a frame body to hold the block body 3 rotatably in the right and left directions and a casing 5 containing the frame body 4. A cam hole 6 long in the vertical direction is provided in the front end face of the block body 3, and a cam 7 is inserted into the cam hole 6, and the cam operation section 9 hitching to the cam 7 is exposed to the front end face of the frame body 4, and the right and left direction movement of the block body 3 can be adjusted by turning this cam operation section 9.
