PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an interposition sheet and a waterproof layer from being broken due to the air and moisture rising from the inside of a substrate by providing a sheet-like body with a cloth adhered on the upper face forming a recess part on a lower face between the substrate and the waterproof layer. SOLUTION: Recess parts 13... are formed on the lower face of a sheet-like body 13 formed by the foaming body of a synthetic resin, and an interposition sheet 11 with a cloth 17 adhered on the upper face of the sheet-like body 13 is provided between a substrate 19 and a waterproof layer such as a waterproof sheet 21a. The cloth 17 is preferably a nonwoven fabric, and the recess parts 13 are preferably mutually connected. Even when the air or moistures 23, 23 ascend from the inside of the substrate 19 due to sunshine, temperature, humidity or the like, there is not a fear that the interposition sheet 11 swell may generate because they enter the inside of the recess part 15 of the lower face of the interposition sheet 11. Thus, the interposition sheet 11 and the waterproof layer can be protected from being broken.
