PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gas permeability, and to improve hygroscopicity/water absorptivity by constituting a pillow of a highly gas permeable resin foaming body layer and a hygroscopic/water absorptive sheet layer arranged under it. SOLUTION: This pillow A is mainly composed of a highly gas permeable resin foaming body layer 10 and a hygroscopic/water absorptive sheet layer 20 arranged under this, and is housed inside an outer cover 30 in a state of superposing both. The foaming body layer 10 is composed of a highly gas permeable resin foaming body having continuous foam, and has desirably proper elasticity. For example, foaming polyurethane is suitably used as a raw material of the foaming body layer 10. This is because the foaming body leaving only a skeleton part by removing a partition wall between adjacent foam by a combustion explosion method has extremely excellent gas permeability. The foaming body layer 10 is composed of a central part having a large number of projecting parts erected on a base part and a frame part for surrounding the central part.
