PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for vehicle capable of improving cool down performance more than existing refrigerating cycle while saving power. SOLUTION: A bypass passage 1 bypassing an evaporator 26 is provided in a duct 20 of an air conditioning device, an evaporator 16 of a suction type refrigerator 10 using exhaust heat of a vehicle as a heat source is installed in the bypass passage 1, this evaporator 16 is surrounded by a cold accumulation vessel 15b storing a cold storage medium 15a, and air conditioned air sent from a blower 21 is cooled by cold dissipation of the cold storage medium 15a at the time of cooling and dehumidification.
