PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton for a unit house securing a space between adjacent units easily and accurately. SOLUTION: An intersection part between a column 21 and floor beams 23 of each unit 11 is provided with spacers. There are two kinds of spacers which are an upward spacer 24a and a downward spacer 24b respectively having slant faces 25a, 25b inclining in the vertical direction. These slant faces 25a, 25b come in contact with each other to secure a space between the units 11 by the spacers.
