PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a towel rail by using a machine screw, and secure installing strength by installing the towel rail on a bracket for supporting a counter. SOLUTION: A bracket 6 is composed of a vertical piece part 6a fixed to a wall surface W via a machine screw 9 and a horizontal piece part 6b integrally horizontally extending from the upper end, a U-shaped metal fitting 8 of a cross-sectional U shape is fixed to a front face of the vertical piece part 6a of this bracket 6 by using the machine screw 9, a female screw is preformed in this U-shaped metal fitting 8, a screw 10 is threadedly engaged with this female screw from below, a head part 10a of the screw 10 is arranged on the under surface side of the U-shaped metal fitting 8, and when threadedly engaging this screw 10 with the U-shaped metal fitting 8, a shaft part 11 is rotatably arranged outside the screw 10. An integrally horizontally extending rotary bar 13 is formed in this shaft part 11 to be fixed by a pin 12. Thus, a towel rail 7 can sufficiently endure when load is applied to the rotary bar 13 from the upper side.
