PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind having such a function that, when air is passed, it is difficult to observe the inside of a building from the outside and easy to observe the outside from the inside of the building, simple in structure, and easy in operation. SOLUTION: A blind is so formed that braids 21 to 24 connected to four corners of a plurality of vanes 3 are connected to the an operating braid 25 immediately before a latch 26 and a latch 27. The braids 21 and 22 are connected to one end of the operating braid 25, and the braids 23 and 24 are connected to the other end thereof. Then, one end of the operating braid 25 is suspended through the latch 26, and the other end thereof is suspended through the latch 27.
