PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor and shorten a time of grasping the present state of a stock by recording a bar code discriminating the stock, and making the bar code small to an extent that it can be fitted to an exposed part at storing the stock without injuring the stored object. SOLUTION: A bar code discriminating a stock is given to the stock. The bar code together with data related to the stock are registered in a data base, to construct the data base. For the data related to the stock, for example, stock control data and stock place data are mentioned (S1). A management tag recording the bar code discriminating the stock is issued (S2). The management is fitted to the stock to be discriminated by it. When the stock is book or a video tape and the management tag is a bar code label, the management tag is favorably stuck to the place to the stock being harmless in the exposed part at storing it. |
