PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-site cleaning system to be easily set up or moved. SOLUTION: In this system, a vertical pipe 100 is installed inside a storage space 14 for elevator equipment such as a lift in a building 10 under construction. The vertical pipe 100 consists of the combination of plural pipe sections 110A-110C and 45 degree Y joints 120A-120C. A dust recovery machine 500 and a suction machine 600 are installed on the floor wall 12A of the first floor, the lower end of the vertical pipe 100 being connected to a recovery cyclone 530 by way of a connecting pipe 140, the connecting port of a filter 540 being connected to the suction machine 600 by way of a connecting pipe 610. A container bag 550 is attached to the dust recovery machine 500, and a wiring part 300 is connected to a control board 560.
