PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install inserting rings, and to make weaving yarn hard to be cut by installing the inserting rings on a reed screen by using the weaving yarn, sandwiching the weaving yarn in a sandwiching part of a first ring part of the inserting rings in that case, and inserting the weaving yarn into a second ring part. SOLUTION: A large number of longitudinal woods are juxtaposed in the vertical direction, longitudinal wood connecting or design weaving yarn 16 is arranged so that a large number of longitudinal woods are woven into in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the respective weaving yarn is fixed to a head rail fixable to a window frame to constitute a reed screen. In this case, plural inserting rings 18 are fixed to a proper place of the weaving yarn 16 at a prescribed interval in the vertical direction of the reed screen, and a lifting cord 20 is inserted into and guided by the first ring part 18a. These inserting rings 18 are installed by introducing the weaving yarn 16 into a second ring part 18b from the opening end 18c arranged in this ring part and sandwiching the weaving yarn 16 in a sandwiching part 18d formed in the first ring part 18a.
