PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a profit daily reporting table, which is written by understandable phrases with no professional knowledge, with which a profit can be calculated with no professional knowledge, in which the sales of the day and the total sum of the sales are printed simultaneously so as to obtain the understanding by a licensed tax accountant or an accountant at a look, in which a data formula is inputted in a table calculating floppy disk so as to complete a calculation only by inputting numerals for easy confirmation by a manager. SOLUTION: This paper is written with minimum phrases necessary for a private management so as to be plain with no professional knowledge and a calculating formula is written in a table. The sales of the day and the total sum of the sales are printed in one table. By inputting a data formula in advance in the table calculating floppy disk of a word processor, an easy management by any person is realized only by inputting numerals.
