PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automotive baggage holder having a simple structure, and to securely hold a baggage to a vehicular body by the baggage holder even when the structure thereof is made to be simple. SOLUTION: A seat rail 9 is attached on a vehicular floor 2, which extends in a forth and back direction of a vehicular body 1 and holding a seat 8 so as to move forward and backward. A holding tool 20 capable of holding the baggage on the vehicular floor 2 is provided. The holding tool 20 is provided with a holding tool body 21 supported by the seat rail 9 so as to move along the seat rail 9, and a locking means 22 capable of locking the holding tool body 21 to the seat rail 9 at any moving position along the seat rail 9.
