PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight, and to easily perform work for forming a panel by covering the outer periphery with a gimlet resistant metallic plate at a job site by forming plural grooves at proper intervals in a panel-like fire resistant material, and fitting/ inserting the gimlet resistant metallic plate in the respective grooves. SOLUTION: Grooves 1a are arranged at proper equal intervals in parallel in the lengthwise direction of a fire resistant material 1. In the groves 1a, front/rear both end parts are formed as an inclined part of a ship's bottom shape in a side view by a circular saw for a stone. A gimlet resistant metallic plate 2 is fitted and installed in these grooves 1a except for a part of the inclined part in the grooves 1a. The gimlet resistant metallic plate 2 is formed in the shape of being housed in the inclined part in the grooves 1a, and the gimlet resistant metallic plate 2 is also housed and fitted in the part of this inclined part. Since the fire resistant material 1 fitting/ inserting the gimlet resistant metallic plate 2 in the grooves 1a is internally installed in an out-fitting metallic plate, fire resistance is improved, so that even if an outside tries to bore a hole from the out-fitting metallic plate by a sharp apparatus, the gimlet resistant metallic plate checks it, and does not easily allow to bore the hole.
