PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a track deviation detecting/measuring value by shortening a measuring point interval as a guard rail arranging section of a turnout section when either of measuring object rail side and opposite side rail side respective flange way width detecting/measuring values is smaller than a reference value. SOLUTION: A measuring object rail side back gauge detector A701 is arranged on a detector arranging stand 103 besides a track detecting/measuring device, and an opposite side rail side back gauge detector B801 is arranged on an auxiliary beams 106. Next, a flange way width of a rail gauge surface and a guard rail side surface of a turnout section is detected/measured. Next, the guard rail arranging side flange way width is subtracted from a gauge deviation detecting/measuring value to determine a back gauge value. Here, the measuring flange way width is compared with a reference value with respective measuring points, and a sample hold interval is shortened at a measuring point smaller than the reference value even in one to be detected/measured to thereby reduce positional dislocation between a detecting/measuring position and a measuring point to reduce a measuring error.
