PURPOSE: A blue fluorescent material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the luminance of a fluorescent material by adding an electron transfer improvement material to a blue fluorescent material. CONSTITUTION: A blue fluorescent material comprises an electron transfer improvement material. The electron transfer improvement material is added to a surface of a blue fluorescent material. The electron transfer improvement material is a material for increasing the amount of electron transfer. The electron transfer improvement material is formed with a chrome compound. The chrome compound is 0.00001-5.9 w% of the blue fluorescent. A diameter of the chrome compound is 10nm to 1 micro meter.
