The present invention relates to an air heater that comprises a housing (1) with a cladding (2), a nozzle (3) as well as a dome (5) whose upper portion contains a coaxial prechamber (6) comprising a housing (7) and a cladding (8) with an independent abutment (9) on the prechamber housing. A heat-blowing fitting (4) is arranged above the nozzle at a distance at least equal to 1 time its diameter at the level of the flow section. Gas circulation (11) and air circulation (12, 13) channels are formed in the vertical side wall (10) of the prechamber cladding and communicate with inner collectors (14, 15) and fittings (16, 17) for supplying gas and air. The axes of the upper channels (13) starting from the lower collector (15) are oriented towards the axis of the air heater (18) and are offset towards the top at an angle of up to 30 DEG relative to the horizontal plane. The axes of the channels (11, 12) are arranged in the horizontal plane at an angle of between 15 and 30 DEG relative to the radii that extend through the centres of their outlet sections. |
