<p>PURPOSE: A mobile communication system is provided to efficiently cover the shadowy area inside and outside a base station and to easily expand the area given service of the base station. CONSTITUTION: The remote sending and receiving device(30) installed within the service area of the base station(10) comprises the steps of: inputting a RF signal into a low noise amplifier, received through the receiving unit(34) of an antenna(32) and a duplexer(34) from the base station(10); amplifying the received RF signal, suppressing the amplifying degree of the noise included in the received RF signal; obtaining the difference between the output of the low noise amplifier and a standard frequency at a frequency downward transformer(42) and removing the unwanted wave included in the output of the frequency downward transformer at a band passing filter(44).</p>
