BOTH DIRECTION PIPE AUGER METHOD AND APPARATUS WHICH OWN REACTION WALL JOINTLY

PURPOSE: A both direction pipe auger method and apparatus which own reaction wall jointly is provided to make short work of installing and removing of reaction wall by progressing the tunnel construction in both directions centering around a reaction wall, so that the term of work and construction expenses can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A both direction pipe auger apparatus comprises; a guide plate(10) which is installed in the floor surface of vertical working area under the ground; a reaction wall(11) which is fixed on the center of guide plate at a right angle; a jack(20) which is installed on the right and the left side of a reaction wall and generates the driving force in both directions. A both direction pipe auger method comprises the steps of; installing a reaction wall into the vertical working area; installing jack on the both side of a reaction wall in both directions; installing an auger pipe which has a propelling device on the both forth side of a jack; excavating the subsoil in both directions with a propelling device and at the same time propelling an auger pipe with a jack.
