PURPOSE: A portable electronic equipment having an interactive game function is provided to mutually connect two portable electronic equipments as a communication cable so as to transceive mutual game information, and to maximize a game effect. CONSTITUTION: A displayer(12) displays a game state, an input unit(14) inputs a game operating command. Memories(16,18) previously store/output an interactive game program for a single or double, and store/output game state information. A serial I/O unit(28) transceives the game state information to an exterior. A communication cable(30) connects an I/O terminal of the serial I/O unit(28) with an I/O terminal of other portable electronic equipment. A controller(29) performs the stored gram program in respond to a key input of the input unit(14), and displays a performed game screen on a displayer(12). The controller(29) responds to a transceiving command of the input unit(14), and controls a transceiving operation of the other portable electronics equipment having the current game state information and a game function connected through the communication cable(30).
