PURPOSE: A method for measuring a 3-dimensional shape from an image focus using a curved window in a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera is provided to find a position corresponding to a maximum focus sum of each point on a curved window by forming the curved window similar to a shape of FIS(Focused Image surface) including one image and neighboring images. CONSTITUTION: A multitude of regular point(f0,f1,f2,f10,f11,f12,f20,f21,f22...) are arranged on an image window of a CCD camera. A curved window(4) similar to an FIS is formed by using the arranged points(f0,f1,f2,f10,f11,f12,f20,f21,f22...).
