PURPOSE: An apparatus for blending and aging feed by using an attachable and detachable pedal is provided to easily remove and change stirring members for producing high-quality feed at a working process and easily maintaining and repairing the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a feed pouring device; a steam injecting hole forming a feed pouring hole and a feed releasing hole on a lower side of an end on a housing including spraying nozzles to pour molasses and beef tallow; a plurality of first pedals(10) unified with stirring members and supporting members on an end of a shaft(2) penetrating the housing; a plurality of second pedals(20) unified with interlining members and fixing members; and a driving device to run the shaft(2).
