PURPOSE: A fluorescent display tube is provided to have a simple structure and a low fabrication cost by forming a pattern printing a fluorescent layer at an anode. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent display tube comprises a front substrate(20), a back substrate(24) and a side glass(22). A wire layer(36) and an insulation layer(38) are formed in the back substrate(24). A cathode(40) is installed so as to be spaced apart from the insulation layer(38) to the front substrate(20), and consists of a filament(46) for emitting hot electrons and a support body(44). An anode(30) has a fluorescent layer(32), and is installed at the back substrate(24). The anode(30) draws the hot electrons emitted from the filament(46), and forms a metal mesh in a predetermined pattern shape. A plurality of lead line(28) is installed at the back substrate(24), and apply a power to the anode(30).
