ELECTRONIC PHOTO DEVELOPER WHICH CONSUMES LOW POWER AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electronic photo developer which consumes a low power and a control method of the same are provided for decreasing an entire power consumption of an electronic photo developer by differentially supplying a power to a printer engine. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(400) converts an AC commercial voltage into +5V current voltage and supplies to a video controller(500) and a printer engine unit(600). The video controller(500) receives each current from the power supply unit(400) through two power ports(501, 502) and transfers a DC received from a port(502) to a central processing unit(503) of a video controller(500) for thereby performing a common operation such as a printing mode state detection operation. In addition, the power inputted through a port(501) is selectively supplied to the printer engine(600) through a switch unit(504).
