PURPOSE: A device for automatically transferring car accident information is provided to automatically transmit the location and time of the car accident without dedicated communication network. CONSTITUTION: A location estimating unit(21) measures location information of car accident by using a GPS(Global Positioning System). A time estimating unit(32) measures a vehicle driving time, and supplies an accident time. The storage(24) stores information on an accident vehicle and passengers, and stores voice information on a location available for an emergency relief. An accident vehicle sensor(22) senses a collision moment of the vehicle by acceleration over a determined value. A button operator(27) presses start/completing buttons of a mobile telephone in order to start or complete an operation of a mobile telephone. A voice output unit(25) amplifies a voice to output the amplified voice to the mobile telephone. A voice input unit(26) amplifies the delivered voice from the mobile telephone, and inputs the amplified voice. A controller(30) outputs a control signal controlling the button operator(27) when a vehicle collision is sensed, and outputs stored information to the voice output unit(25). The controller(30) receives the delivered voice through the voice input unit(26), and confirms a connection state of the mobile telephone, then controls to output vehicle location information and the accident time as voice information to the voice output unit(25).
