PURPOSE: Provided is a method for treating fruit sanitarily by using hydrogen peroxide and ozone. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a first step of impregnating fruit in water, approximately 4 to 10°C., radiating ultrasonic wave; a second step of decomposing organic compounds, existing on the surface of the fruit by using hydrogen peroxide and ozone for 5-10 min; a third step of impregnating the fruit with 5 ppm of silver solution for about 5 min.
