PURPOSE: A coupling structure between a side seal and a side outer member is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and the number of required parts by removing a center floor panel supporting an inner panel and reduce a pelvis value corresponding to the pelvic region of a human body by reducing a room-invasion amount of the side seal in case of side impact, thereby promoting the safety of passengers. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure between a side seal and a side outer member includes an outer panel(31) formed with a vertical flange(31a) and an extension part(31b) to form a side seal(30), an inner panel(32) formed with a vertical flange(32a) and a horizontal flange(32b) to be stuck to the vertical flange and the extension part of the outer panel by welding, a side outer member(33) formed with folded flanges(33a) to be fixed to a top surface of the extension part of the outer panel by spot-welding for increasing a coupling rigidity of a rear part of the side seal, and a buffering member(34) inserted in the side outer member and fixed with a plurality of fixing screws(35) for absorbing impact force.
