PURPOSE: A method for detecting the change of an image in a specific part of a CCD(Charge Couple Device) camera screen is provided to divide the screen of the CCD camera into n-number, for counting with a horizontal/vertical synchronizing time corresponding to a desired part, and to analyze the motion of the image during the time, then to detect the motion or change of the image with electric signals. CONSTITUTION: A counting operation is performed with a time counting device using a horizontal and vertical synchronizing time corresponding to a desired part, in a state that a screen of a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera is divided into an optional n-number. In each synchronizing time, a horizontal/vertical timing synchronized with 1/n is produced. Data of an image signal generated during the timing are compared with data of an image signal memorized before, to detect the change of an image.
