PURPOSE: A device for aiding escape when a car is flooded is provided to aid escape of passengers by delaying a sedimentation rate and automatically opening a roof when the car is sunken. CONSTITUTION: A device for aiding escape when a car is flooded includes a flooding sensing unit mounted on a car body, a controller determining whether or not the car is flooded by the electric signal of the flooding sensing unit, an operator(40) operated by control orders of the controller, a roof opening unit separating a roof cap according to the operation of the operator, and an air bag unit for delaying the flooding of the car by swelling an air bag tube(47) according to the operation of the operator. The flooding sensing unit generates electric signal to sense the flood of the car body.
