PURPOSE: A boiler having a condenser of an air conditioner is provided to use conveniently and hygienically with a condenser of an air conditioner by air cooling and water cooling, and to reduce assembling process economically and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A boiler with a condenser is composed of a first condenser(32) arranged in a water chamber(10) of a heat exchanger(12); a second condenser(34) extended from the first condenser; condensers(88,88a) receiving high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas, and exchanging heat with the water chamber; a burner fan(40) attached to a burner(14) of a combustion chamber to blow in heating the water chamber by the condensers; a flue(16) discharging air heated by passing the boiler; and a discharge valve(60) attached to the lower part of the heat exchanger to discharge hot water in heating the water chamber over the reference value by condensers. Hot water is supplied with the heat generated in operating an air conditioner in summer.
