METHOD FOR FABRICATING SHADOW MASK FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a shadow mask used in a cathode ray tube is provided to prevent a shadow mask hole from being closed by preventing a paste from being accumulated on a screen mesh. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a shadow mask used in a cathode ray tube comprises a first printing process and a second printing process. In the first printing process, a shadow mask(10) and a screen mesh(20) are fixed at a predetermined position, and a paste is deposited and printed. The shadow mask(10) has a plane shape in which a hole for a beam penetration is formed. In the second process, the screen mesh(20) is separated from the shadow mask. The shadow mask or the screen mesh is horizontally shifted into other position from the predetermined position, and a paste is deposited and printed.
