PURPOSE: A degaussing apparatus of a display system is provided to reduce an influence due to degaussing by using the second degaussing coil for attenuating the degaussing of the first degaussing coil. CONSTITUTION: A degaussing apparatus of a display system comprises a power source(101), a posister(102), a current distributor(103), the first degaussing coil(104), and the second degaussing coil(105). The current distributor(103) distributes the current supplied through the posister(102). The second degaussing coil(105) attenuates the degaussing of the first degaussing coil(104) by degaussing a cathode ray tube according to a direction opposite to a current direction of the first degaussing coil(104).
