PURPOSE: A forming device of a tantalum electrolytic condenser is provided to smoothly control a mount of carbon liquid for the purpose of coating a condenser element. CONSTITUTION: A condenser element(64) is formed by using tantalum powder. An aluminum belt(62) permits a plurality of condenser elements(64) to be installed in series thereon. A cover jig(60) permits a plurality of aluminum elements(64) to be mounted in series. A coating container(70) permits carbon and Ag which form the condenser element(64) to be filled therein. A coating housing(50) permits the cover jig(60) to be put thereon. The first carbon container(80) is connected to the coating reservoir through a supplying pipe(76). The second carbon container(90) stores the carbon liquid which is discharged through a discharge pipe(72) from the coating reservoir(70). An upper end plate (54) permits the coating reservoir(70) to be placed thereon. A lower end plate(56) permits the carbon container(90) to be placed thereon. A housing support(52) supports the lower end plate(56) and the upper end plate(54). A latch support is mounted on an upper end surface of the housing support(52) and permits the cover jig(60) to be placed thereon.
