METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING OIL FLOW RATE

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring oil flow rate is provided to measure an exact oil flow rate by minimizing a measurement error of a remaining oil in an oil tank. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring oil flow rate includes the steps of checking whether an operation of a sensor is normal or not(S100), operating the current oil flow rate remained in an oil tank when the operation of the sensor is normal(S140), checking whether the current oil flow rate exceeds a permitted limit after comparing the current oil flow rate with a previous oil flow rate(S150,S160), displaying the current oil flow rate operated in the former step if the current oil flow rate does not exceed, and ignoring the current oil flow rate, remembering the previous oil flow rate, and then returning to the second step if the current oil flow rate exceeds(S170).
