PURPOSE: An insert element of a blower of an air conditioner is provided to simplify the structure of a blower boss by omitting any additional stopper since the insert element also serves as a stopper, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An insert element(270) of a blower of an air conditioner to be inserted in a motor shaft having an approximate square section and inserted in a blower boss formed with a first hollow part of a circle section, includes an insertion part(272) having an opened rear surface to form a second hollow part(230) of a square section equal to the shape of the motor shaft, and a screw hole(277) at a front surface(273) to be coupled with a screw part extended from the motor shaft, and a flange part(274) extended from a rear end of the insertion part in a radially outward direction and coupled with a stepped part formed behind the first hollow part, wherein the insert element is integrally molded, and an outer diameter of the insertion part is slightly larger than an inner diameter of the first hollow part to be inserted into the first hollow part by pressure.
