PURPOSE: A vehicle braking safety device for vehicle actuates only a brake even when a clutch pedal and a brake pedal are synchronously pushed, thereby more effectively braking a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A breaking safety device for vehicle comprises a brake master cylinder(1), a clutch master cylinder(3), a perceiving device and a first, a second and a third solenoid valves(5,7,9). The brake master cylinder(1) actuates brakes. The clutch master cylinder(3) frees the clutch. The perceiving device is composed with a clutch switch, a brake switch and an acceleration sensor and perceives the running state of a vehicle. The solenoid valves(5,7,9) supply oil pressure to the brake master cylinder(1) after being controlled by an electronic controlling unit which received the signals from the perceiving device and shut off the supply of oil pressure to the clutch master cylinder(3).
