PURPOSE: A conversion device of gear shifting range using a switch is provided to change speed through a switch control instead of a gearshift lever, so the convenience of driving is improved. CONSTITUTION: An operating device(1) is equipped in the operating range of a driver. The first driving device(11) generates the rotary force as the signal of the operating device. A transmission device(21) moves horizontally in a straight line by the first driving device. An operating device(31) is installed on the lower side of the transmission device and is slid from side to side as the right and left movement of the transmission device. A sensing device(41) detects the operation of the first driving device and the transmission device. The first driving device(51) moves an up and down motion part(33) to the operating device vertically as the signal of the sensing device. An indicating device(61) indicates the operating condition as the signal of the operating device, the first driving device, and the sensing device.
