PURPOSE: A brake using fluid collusion is provided to operate the brake force, by using fluid collusion instead of a frictional brake, so problems resulting from a frictional brake is resolved and a smooth braking is achieved. CONSTITUTION: A rotary body(2) is formed as a hollow body having a shaft hole part. Several vanes(6) are movably installed in the rotary at regular intervals of the circumference. An elastic member(14) is equipped between a circumference sill(18) and the rotary body and supports the vane to maintain the moved condition onto the shaft center. A containing groove is installed in the rotary body and inserts the circumference sill when the vane moves to the outside. A cam shaft, whose one end forms a lever, is rotated by rotary motion of the lever and pushes the vanes to the outside of the shaft hole through the rotation of the cams as a controlled degree of a brake control device. A case(26) shuts tight completely the rotary body and is full of fluid(28).
