APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CORRECTING FINGER OF AUTOMATIC SOLDERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A finger correction apparatus and a method thereof are provided to prevent soldering defects in soldering circuit boards by permitting to detect and judge bending degree of fingers to correct the same. CONSTITUTION: A finger(3) is mounted on each of body chains(2) rolling in response to the drive of a rotation motor(1). The finger(3) functions to secure a circuit board(4) from trembling on movement. A flux bath(5) applies flux on the bottom of the circuit board(4) in an overflow or spray manner. A preheater(5) heats the flux applied on the bottom of the circuit board(4) in a suitable temperature to activate the same. A solder bath(7) loads solders on the bottom of the circuit board after passing over the preheater(5) so that automatic soldering can be performed.
