PURPOSE: A method for transmitting account data is provided to transmit account data between an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) and a CAMA center using the CAMA system according to a predetermined protocol in order to minimize a message loss and collect the account data efficiently. CONSTITUTION: If an MSC(Mobile Switching Center,100) does not respond to a connection request of a CAMA(Centralized Automatic Message Account) center(120) according to socket connection, socket connection is requested predetermined times. If connection is allowed, the CAMA center(120) performs physical socket connection with the MSC(100) by a designated protocol. If the MSC(100) responds to the connection request and the initialization of a port according to an application type is enabled, a response message is transmitted to the CAMA center(120). If a transmission module is initialized by the initialization of the port, the CAMA center(120) requests account data to the MSC(100). If the MSC(100) does not respond to the request during a predetermined time, the request is re-transmitted during the predetermined times. According to the request of account data, the MSC(100) transmits a response message to the CAMA center(120). The CAMA center(1200 requests polling to the MSX(100), according to an application type of a corresponding file. According to the request, account data received from the MSC(100) by the unit of block are stored.
